How much protein should consume a 17 years old 151 pounds individual ?

Actually I'm comsuming 200 grams of protein, my workouts are hard.

Im a bodybuilder.

The American College of Sports Medicine recommends 05 -.8g of protein per pound of body weight for those who lift weights or are training. For your weight that would be between 75-120g protein.
