A.
Your immune system is a group of cells and organs which is designed to protect your body from outside invaders.
Your immune system includes your spleen, lymph nodes, tonsils, bone marrow, and white blood cells.  All of these cells and organs work together to help protect you from getting harmful bacteria and viruses that can make you sick.
