Bio

Kristen A. Binaso, RPh, CCP, FASCP is the senior director, corporate alliances for the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) in Washington, D.C. APhA is the largest and oldest national professional society of pharmacists with more than 62,000 members nationwide. Her group is responsible for helping the pharmaceutical industry reach pharmacists on a variety of different issues through APhA products and services.

Binaso is a 1997 graduate of Rutgers, The State University, College of Pharmacy and a fellow of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists. Binaso is passionate about geriatric care and is certified as a consultant pharmacist in New Jersey. She serves as an invited speaker and instructor at various national conferences, activities, and events. She has extensive background in recruitment and pharmacy operations in the retail sector with CVS/Pharmacy and Rite-Aid. Binaso is also certificate-trained in immunizations and is an APhA media advisor.
