Bio

Rodney Radtke is a neurologist whose main focus is in epilepsy, sleep disorders, and the body’s bioelectrical activity. Specific areas of interest include epilepsy surgery, development of new medical treatments for epilepsy and narcolepsy, and the application of genetics to epilepsy drug development and usage.

He leads the Duke Sleep Disorders Center and its staff of neurologists, psychiatrists, and clinical psychologists. Together, the team evaluates patients with all forms of sleep disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea, narcolepsy, sleep terrors, REM-sleep behavior disorder, and sleep disorders associated with medical or psychological disorders.
