Bio
Dr. Nivin C. S. Todd attended Emory University where she received a B.A. in Psychology. She also attended Southwest Missouri State University where a B.S. was received in Biology. She then returned to Emory University to pursue a Masters in Public Health.
Afterward, Dr. Todd attended Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia, where she received her medical degree in 1997. She completed her four year residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee. During her 4th year she served as chief resident. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been named one of America's Top Obstetricians & Gynecologists by the Consumers' Research Council of America.
She is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, Tennessee Medical Association, Hamilton County Medical Society, and serves on the Obstetrics Advisory Board of Erlanger East Medical Center.
Dr. Todd is in a private Obstetrics and Gynecology practice in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Her areas of interest include hormone replacement therapy, minimally invasive laparoscopic and da Vinci robotic surgery, pelvic prolapse repair, urinary incontinence therapy, and comprehensive obstetric care.
