Bio

Mark Kaelin is a certified strength-and-conditioning specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has almost 20 years of experience working in health and fitness. Kaelin earned his Master of Science degree in exercise physiology from the University of Louisville and has served as the Program Director for Pulmonary Rehabilitation at Southern Indiana Rehab Hospital and as a Personal Trainer for Milestone Fitness Center. Kaelin is currently an instructor in the biology department at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky, and writes frequently for health and fitness publications.
