what do you do for a blocked sweat gland

What does one do for a blocked sweat gland; this is an on going thing and does not get better unless you take continual antibiotics.

Moist heat in a compress might help it to drain, that will soften the oils that are blocking the gland.  A good antimicrobial soap like hibiclens might help too, to avoid introducing further infection.  If that gland is a constant problem, it might need to be surgically removed at some point because there could be a physical blockage.
