Q.

What is the best form of probiotic to take? Can the probiotics survive stomach acid?

Some reports say only the ones refridgerated are effective. Some say their product is coated to dissolve in the intestines because probiotics won't survive stomach acid. Some come in liquid form and then there are those that say yogurt really doesn't help. I don't know what to believe.
