If your employer offers insurance that's both affordable and provides adequate coverage, you won't be eligible for financial help when buying a plan through the Marketplace set up under the law.Affordable and adequate employer health insurance is defined as coverage that costs no more than 9.5% of your income and covers on average 60% of covered medical costs.
