what pain relievers can i take for joint pain before surgery?

please include herbal supplements.  i presently take diclofenac and tumeric - both are blood thinners.  i have to be off them both for 7days prior to a colonoscopy.

Take nothing, unless you specifically get the "okay" from the surgeon AND the anesthesiologist, otherwise your surgery could be abruptly cancelled.
