what could happen if my blood sugar level drops below or at 43, I DO NOT have diabiets.

40 is the cut off for women and 50 is the cut off for men. If blood sugar is below 40/50 while fasting it is considered low, and should be checked out by a doctor. Since you are near 40 I would see a doctor. Several things can cause blood sugar to be this low.
