does dehydration cause fever?

Stomach hurts in center of abdomen and Nausea headach

Yes you can have a rise in temperature  as your body is trying to cope with it but it just cant quite do it. so yes there will be a rise. drink lots of water. and if gets worse i would immediately go up to the emergency cause if you are to dehydrated and can make you not very well. and they can put a drip in and give you fluids.
