Q.

Inability take deep breaths, coughing spasms, can't breathe, diagnosed as pleurisy yesterday, no better, er?

My local urgent care center diagnosed me with pleurisy. I don't think the doctor truley knows the extent of the problem. Been 4 days of incredibly short breathing/inability to take a deep breath. Headache/chest/lower back pain. When I get up from lying down, I go into a fit of coughing in which I cannot breathe. Afraid I am not getting enough oxygen and I will stop breathing during one of these fits. Is this normal for this virus? I was given naproxen and Robitussin AC. Should I go to the ER?
