Q.

electric shock sensation in hand while working out

Hi

i often used to play sports 3 to 4 times a week. fencing  atleast twice a week and tennis once a week.
recently i started to experience an electric shock sensation in my right arm while fencing, mostly after more than 90 mnts of practice.
and as i have a competition next month i should keep working and to not stop practicing.
so any solution for this  without affecting normal activity?
thank you
