how long due the affects zoloft to clear the bloodstream

took (1) tablet of zoloft 25mg for the first time...30 hours ago...and was feeling nausaus...did not take any more...how long does it take to clear the bloodstream from this drug since I am still feeling nausaus.

Sertraline has half-life of about 26 hr. It may take 5 to 6 days to clear out of the system.  Some people say it depends on the amount of time you have been taking the zoloft, but according this website http://www.emedexpert.com/facts/sertraline-facts.shtml
that is not the case.  I hope this helps.
