Low WBC count

I am a recovering drug addict, 1 year ago after a drug binge (6 days no sleep) I was hospitilized and they checked my WBC, it was below 1000, they thought I had aids, everything came back negative, to all diseases and cancers, 1 month later my WBC was up to 4,500.   I recently relapsed, (5 day cocaine binge), just got my WBC back and it is at 2,880.   I am going back into treatment, but want to know if this is normal that your WBC count can go down so much from Cocaine abuse. Thanks
