Donated blood 2 weeks ago. Have large horitzontal bruising, has gotten larger. Green to blue bruising up to the biceps.

I have very shallow veins, and experienced some initial pain from the needle shifting. I didn't pressure my arm for about 4 days, but since I have returned to working out, primary push ups and pull ups. There is some soreness and sensitivity to the arm, but it is worst when first waking up.

Thats normal. Bruising and soreness usually occurs after donating blood, especially if you have small or shallow veins. It happens to me every time.
