Q.

Big toe pain?

I awoke this morning with pain and inflammation in my right big toe.  It is tender to touch, painful to walk, and seems hot (feverish).  I don't recall having injured it in any way.  I am not diabetic, to my knowledge.  I put arnica on it, and it feels a little better, but it is still a concern.
