Q.

Can kidney stones feel like a bladder infection?

I had been having bladder infections symptoms for about 1 week, antibiotics didn't help.Checked for kidney stones due to family hx. Dr. saw 1-2 mm kidney stones in kidneys on a CT scan, but "no definite bladder calculi appreciated".  I haven't had typical back/side pain, but have felt like I've had a bladder infection for a 2 weeks now. Could bladder pain be from gravel in my bladder? Would gravel in the bladder have shown up in a CT scan? Just worried about what is causing the bladder symptoms.
