My BUN/Creatinine Ratio is 27 (high) why

All other values on my lab work is normal. My BUN alone is 21 and my serum creatinine alone is 0.78. sodium serum is 142 and potassium serum is 3.9. All else seems to be normal. Why is my ratio high
