can i be pregant while on the depo shot.

i am having the breast tenderness. morning, afternoon and night sickness. head hurts all the time. been eating but lossing weight. tired. everything that comes with pregancy. i have been on the shot for six months already and is due for it again in three days. well i was feeling sick so i took two home test. they both say postive.
