Q.

abdomen pain lower left

I am a 71- yr old male, travelling far from my regular doctors. I have an abdomen lower left  pain. Intermittent. Doesn't seem serious. May be caffeine related, now that I think about it. I had upper torso sensations last Sunday and was able to relate it to caffeine, having had something remotely similar 20 years ago.

What should I do?
