Whats wrong? Now on period, Cramping hard and few spots of red but feelin like I am bleeding more than that, since Fri.

I was told I have a thinned out uterus, and that it causes a lack of bleeding but this has been horrible. Where I only notice it if I go pee. And I know it is from the uterus because I felt up in there and noticed a red discharge in there but some reason it is not coming out past there. It is the uterus lining or something else? How can I help the mentrastration bleed out? Can I develop an infection if it don't come out?

I would contact your doctor asap. they may be able to help with the cramping and check to see if there is any blockage
