Q.

Why do i have a lump in the back of my neck that causes severe head pain and numbness on my left side?

I have a lump in the back of my neck that causes a SEVERE pain that goes up the back of my neck into my head and I can feel it in my ear, sinuses, and eye. It will bring me to my knees and only last about 60 seconds. In the meantime, my whole left side goes numb. I cant stand, think, or even function.
