Q.

Why is my skin always hot to the touch?

Im not sick, I dont feel hot but anybody that hugs me or shakes my hand asks why im so hot. I hear it from my wife most, she doesnt like getting to close to me when were sleeping especially because she says she can feel the heat radiating off me. Another strange part is that my feet are the opposite, they are the only part of me thats cold to the touch.
