Has popping sounds in head,

Severely tender on right side of skull near front

cannot concentrate for long periods of time

gets frustrated easily when making decisions

cannot walk without loosing balance

constant headache

I would undoubtedly go and see a Psychiatrist (MD) right away. This is not normal and could be signs of something severe, or a few things.
