Q.

Why do I wake up nauseous every time I take a nap for over 1 hour during the day?

I don't have any problems sleeping overnight and this only happens during the day.  I just lay down with my 7 month old during his nap and we can sometimes sleep about an hour and a half, but when I wake up I feel nauseous and my salivary glands seem to be working overdrive.  Sometimes I will have headaches as well. Does anyone else have this problem or know what it can be?  Thank you.
