Q.

Pain in right hip that shoots down the leg on the right side. Occurs after walking/standing for long periods of time.

I am experiencing pain in my right hip after standing or walking for long periods of time. The pain often shoots down the outer part of the leg as far as the knee.  Once it flares up, it is tender for hours. Tylenol and Aleve only slightly relieve the pain.  I have suffered from Sciatica in the past, but this feels different.
