I have hanging moles on my neck that hurt at times, and are just plain irritating. How can i get rid of them?

Those problematic moles can be surgically removed easily by your medical provider (if they do this type of procedure) or a dermatologist. There are many methods to do this, but most are either a shave biopsy or an excisional biopsy. Larger ones may require a tiny stitch or two; smaller ones may just be cauterized.

This is definitely not something you can do a home. The moles will then be sent to pathology to be tested to make sure they are benign.

There are no non-surgical ways of removing them.
