Q.

What can happen if you hold your pee?

I have a bad habit of holding the urge to urinate for long periods of time. Need to know what kind of problems this could have on my body.

First, holding your urine tends to become quite uncomfortable. Second, if you are female, this can lead to urine stagnation and a urinary tract infection.

This is a bad habit. Pee when your body sends you the signal to do so, assuming you are in the proper place!
