Can a woman get a yeast infection in her eyes or nose that have allergy like symptoms from touching her vagina then eye?

That would not be likely. Yeast likes warm, dark, moist places, like the vagina or inside a diaper. The eyes and nose really doesn't have a welcoming environment that would be favorable to yeast. You are safe.
