How often a pumice stone should be replaced?

I don't think there's really any rule about this. I'm assuming you mean the type of pumice stone that's used to scrub the feet.

As long as you haven't used it when you've had active athlete's foot (which you could spread from one foot to another), you should be able to continue using it until it gives out. Just rinse it thoroughly after use each time.
