Q.

Is Ovarian cancer agressive? How quickly do symptoms start to show?

My daughter had a hysterectomy a year ago.  One ovary was left however it was full of cysts and has been for awhile before the surgery.  Now the doctor is very concerened about the ovary and she has ordered an ultrasound.  So in the year could it have turned cancerous?
