it depends -are you anxious about what you've eaten?
anything can cause anxiety, if it makes you anxious. if you are upset about having overeaten, worrying about the repercussions, or obsessing about it, then it is very possible.
evaluate your eating patterns -could it be an eating disorder? are you over eating because of emotions or an unhealthy diet? there's some good sources on here about eating issues, look them up. and if you think you may be emotionally over eating, talk to a trusted doctor or one specializing in eating disorders -after all, emotional eating is a form of disordered eating, which can be a precursor or sign of an eating disorder.
