hand and forearm cramps.started last evening.what to do?

It could be tendonitis or carpal tunnel due to repetitve strain injury. You may also get numbness or tingling in the fingers or hand and wrist. It can cause the symptoms you are describing. If keep having symptoms I would see an orthopedic hand specialist to get diagnosed.
