Before reaching menopause most women normally go through perimenopause. Take those links to read a little about both of those.

Bloating and sore nipples can be signs of other conditions, such as PMS, onset of your period, or pregnancy.

You may want to call your doctor and seek an appointment if these symptoms are unusual for you.
