A.

Acne on your face that is filled with fluid may be cystic acne. Cystic acne represents its own unique challenges to treat.

Treatment may include topical cleansing, antibiotics, and -- in more severe forms -- surgical drainage may be required.

Your first step is to have an evaluation by your dermatologists.
