A variety of conditions may lead to changes in your skin. Acne breakouts can occur secondary to stress or hormonal changes. Very hot weather can stimulate oil gland production and clogged pores, which may lead to new breakouts.

Make sure your stepdaughter is using the correct moisturizer. I always recommend moisturizers that are non-comedogenic or non-pore-clogging.
