Medication alone doesn't always provide sufficient help, and we know that cognitive therapy is often vital to help you improve your situation.

Since you are receiving medication, has your prescriber not recommended that you also be in cognitive therapy? I believe this individual should provide a referral for you and the person to whom you are referred should be highly experienced in both anxiety and depression treatment.

I also think that you could benefit from using some self-help techniques.
