Baby acne (small bumps) on the face, head, and chest is common from about 1 to 4 months.

If the baby is not bothered by the rash, use plain water when bathing and it will soon go away.

Check with your doctor for the best treatment (if any) for your baby since there are many different kinds of rashes.
