Now that the weather is getting colder for most of us, just a quick reminder (especially for those who go jogging in the morning) to carry your rescue inhaler with you especially if cold air is a trigger for your asthma.

Cold air and upper respiratory infections (common this type of year) are triggers for asthma.

Also, don't forget to obtain your flu vaccine.
