Neurologist[s] generally take care of migraines. Not all neurologist[s] spend much time treating migraines, and some of them really don't like to treat migraines. You might look in the yellow pages or call neurologists office and ask if they treat migraine.

Larger groups of neurologists (4 or more neurologists in the same office) often have one MD that "specializes" in treating migraine.
