Common symptoms of fibromyalgia -- also known as fibromyalgia syndrome or FMS -- may include:

  • Pain.

  • Anxiety.

  • Concentration and memory problems -- known as "fibro fog."

  • Depression.

  • Fatigue.

  • Headaches.

  • Irritable bowel syndrome.

  • Morning stiffness.

  • Painful menstrual cramps.
